This annual service is a gentle gathering intentionally placed amidst the busyness of Christmas for those who might be finding the season difficult due to grief or loss. Come celebrate how “the light shines in the darkness and the darkness did not overcome it.”
We will sing some gentle carols that touch the soul and hear inspiring words of hope that remind us that 'there is room at the inn for all'.
There will be the opportunity for candle lighting in memory of a loved one as well as the presentation of a prayer shawl for all who wish to receive one.
Worshippers will depart with the gift of a tree ornament as a gift of strength for the journey they walk.
