NATIONAL DAY FOR TRUTH & RECONCILIATION ~ September 30th
Northwood is honoured to co-host these important gatherings with our friends at the Fleetwood Christian Reformed Church. We are co-hosting both a Prayer Walk & a Prayer Gathering
Prayer Walk ~ Leaving Fleetwood Christian Reformed Church at 6:30 pm (9165 160 St) we will walk in solidarity to Northwood United Church. This walk is 1.5 km in distance and will be done at a thoughtful / prayerful pace.
Service of Prayer for Truth & Reconciliation ~ hosted at Northwood (8855 156 Street) will commence at 7 pm. We are honoured to be hearing from Indigenous speakers as we listen, act and pray towards further reconciliation.
