  at Northwood Saturday mornings from 8:30 to 10:00. We can help with why 
 it’s important to eat healthy and having activity in your day to day for
  mental health. Come join us for a trial workshop and see for yourself how
  important community is to feel good and be with fun loving and caring gro
 up. First workshop is a free one\, after that is $25.00 a month.
