During the Tuesdays in Lent, you are invited to take a pause and become deeply aware of God’s presence in your midst using the practice of mindfulness meditation.

Each gathering will include components of teaching, practice and reflection on the experience. It is expected that participants will endeavour to attend all sessions and seek to maintain a daily practice.  7pm on Tuesday nights from March 7 – April 4 with Rev. Scott. All are welcome.
